Just finished reading the book “:59 Seconds – Think a little, Change a lot” by Richard Wiseman, author of Quirkology.

This book pretty much summarizes all the different self-help myths and methods and explains each of them within 59 seconds, while also explaining whether or not each practice is indeed helpful or not.
